Today's featured designer is Anne Sutton from Bunny Hill Designs. I am sure whatever it is she has designed it will be sweet because that is what Anne does - sweet sophistication. Hop - like a bunny (I couldn't resist) on over to her blog to see what sweet thing she has designed.
It is still freez'n here but enough about the weather. Sometimes when the winter gets the best of me I eat...something sweet. Since the theme today is sweet I thought I would paint a sweet little picture.
I have titled today's picture...
for a yummy, sweet cupcake. The Chocolate Season is
conveniently located just two blocks from my studio.
Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing???

Be sure to stop back tomorrow to see the painting of the day and link up with the talented Bonnie from Cottonway.

Take a break from the weather - or work - or whatever it is you need a break from - and go get yourself something sweet to eat.
From my heart,
Sandy
That's my favorite painting so far! I love pinks & greens together.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had a shop like The Chocolate Season that close to me! I can't wait to see what you paint for tomorrow's post.
ReplyDeleteCute cupcake! But I'd probably go for the caramel popcorn....though that would make a pretty poor subject for painting, LOL!
ReplyDeleteOkay this may or may not have already been said...but I see a WHOLE fabric line developing here with your paintings...I would love to use these as fussy cut fabric designs! You are so talented.
ReplyDeleteSweet little cupcake indeed! I would be in so much trouble if I had a cupcake shop nearby.
ReplyDeleteSandy, I am in love with the cupcake. I agree with Vickie. I think a fabric line from your wonderful paintings would be adorable. I'm so honored to be a cupcake! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteLove the cupcake - and enjoying the pillow hop and your painting of the day!
ReplyDeleteA little "Sweet" is always good.
ReplyDeleteBUT - ALOT of "sweet" is always BETTER !!!
We all need a little extra energy to brave this cold weather! :-)
