Hello,
Today is my day to share my ornament featuring Riley Blake Designs Hush Hush Two low-volume fabric line.
Twenty-one Riley Blake Designs designers each created a print for this line.
My print has been named Tiny Town and is another version of one of my favorite motifs - houses.
The challenge put before us by Riley Blake Designs was to design a Christmas Ornament that would fit in a 3" embroidery hoop using multiple fabrics from the line.
For my ornament, I decided to make a wreath with bead berries.
I was sad that I could only use 5 different fabrics in my project. Yikes! Three inches is tiny!
I solved that problem by making a table mat using
the wreath blocks along with pieced spacer blocks.
By doing this, I could use all 21 prints in the line!
You can find the instructions for the ornament and the table mat here.
I hope you enjoy making these projects.
Christopher Thomas of The Tattooed Quilter is also showing his ornament today.

Happy making!
