It’s a Beauty of a Pageant Contest and it starts today!
The designers-contestants are now done blogging and you have seen all of their rows and their version of their partner's row. Now it is time for you to do your version of row/rows.
Here’s what you need to know and do.
Buy, beg or borrow a copy of the Moda All-Stars - All In A Row book.
Head to your stash or your local quilt shop and select some fabric - preferably Moda Fabric ;-)
Then Pick a row - any row.
There are these 12 rows
or
these twelve.
You can make as many rows as you like but you only need one for the contest. BUT the more rows you make the more times you can enter the contest - increasing your chances of winning one of the many prizes that Martingale and Moda will be giving away. And these are good prizes - Opera like prizes.
After your row is finished take a picture of your row and post it or e-mail it so you can be entered in the Beauty of a Contest contest!
How do you post or email your row?
1. Join the Facebook group – All In a Row Quilt Along. Yes, you must be on Facebook to join the group. Post a picture of your row using the hashtag #allinarowquiltalong and you’re entered.
2. Send a JPEG – a good-sized, low res image will do – to sevice@shopmartingale.com and you are entered.
If you’re an over-achiever and you make all 24 rows and post/send 24 pictures – then your are entered 24 times. Woozer!
If you make my row or use my fabric in any of the rows you make, please take a picture and post it to instagram using the hashtage #sandygervaisallinarow and #allinarowquiltalong.
On March 15th I will announce winners of a Refresh Jelly roll.
The contest starts NOW. On March 15th, Miss All-In-A-Row and her court will be announced.
To enter the contest and see all of the rules and prizes go here.
Now get rowing!
From my heart,
Sandy
